How much does the My Little Seed Garden Collection cost?

Each growing kit is available each day from Saturday August 25 (SA, WA, NT and TAS) and from Sunday August 26 (NSW, VIC and QLD) for only $2.50** with original token from your newspaper. Strictly while stocks last. One growing kit per original hard copy (not digital) token from the newspaper only.

My Little Seed Garden Collection was not in my paper when I purchased it – what do I do?

The growing kits are not inserted into the paper. Please present the original hardcopy (not digital) token from the newspaper to your participating retailer, along with $2.50** to collect your growing kit. Strictly while stocks last. One growing kit per original hard copy (not digital) token from the newspaper only.

My participating retailer does not have any of the My Little Seed Garden Collection left. Where can I get one?

You could try to locate a Growing Kit from another participating retailer. The Growing Kits are available only while stocks last. Stock is not held at head office (except in WA) to send out in the case of sell-outs. For a full list of participating retailers, please click here

I would like to collect more than one. Is this possible?

Collect as many as you like as long as you make multiple purchases of the newspaper. For example, if you would like two growing kits, you will need to purchase two copies of the paper to receive two original hard copy (not digital) tokens to redeem.

I discovered that my growing kit is damaged and I’d like a new one. Where can I obtain another?

Please take your damaged growing kit to the participating newsagent, Coles, IGA, Drakes or Woolworths or the supermarket where the paper/ growing kit was purchased and ask for a replacement. If stock is unavailable at the participating newsagent, Coles, IGA, Drakes or Woolworths supermarket, please contact the National Customer Service Centre at 1800 630 130 and for customers in WA on 1800 811 855. Stocks are strictly limited and cannot be guaranteed.

I bought the newspaper this morning only to realise that the token was ripped out. What do I do?

Please return the hard copy newspaper to the participating retailer where you purchased the newspaper, explain the situation and ask for a replacement copy with the token intact.

I get my newspapers home-delivered and cannot make it to the participating retailer to redeem my tokens. How can I get the full My Little Seed Garden Collection?

Due to limited stock, we advise you visit your participating retailer as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. This collection is available to pre-order and is available to order online for our +Rewards members and to subscribers in WA.

I have thrown out my copy of my newspaper with the token. Where can I get another hard copy token?

Your participating Newsagent, Coles, IGA, Drakes or Woolworths supermarket may have back copies of the newspaper on hand.

My newsagent isn’t open on Sunday so I can’t redeem my token.

You can try another participating retailer. Alternatively, you can take your token to your participating newsagent the next day or any day of the week until Monday September 10 2018. Note: Offer is available only while stocks last so it is advisable to try another outlet that day.

I purchased my paper from a retailer that is not participating in the promotion. Do I need to buy another paper from a participating retailer?

You can buy your paper anywhere and take the hard copy (not digital) token from the newspaper to any participating retailer to redeem your Growing Kit/ Collector’s Tray. For a full list of participating retailers, please click here.

Can I save my tokens and redeem on a different day?

As stock is strictly limited, it is advised you redeem each token on the day it is printed to avoid possible sell-outs.
